Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine the eggnog and whole milk over low heat. Stir gently until the mixture is warmed through, ensuring it does not reach a boil.
Once warmed, add the pure vanilla extract, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg to the saucepan. Continue stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the cocktail base to cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
Carefully pour the spiced cocktail mixture into your favorite tall glass or festive cocktail glass, filling it to about three-quarters full.
Generously swirl whipped cream on top of the cocktail.
Sprinkle the crushed sugar cookie over the whipped cream and add a dusting of ground cinnamon.
If desired, place a cinnamon stick in the drink for stirring or as a decorative touch.
