Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken breast and plain Greek yogurt until the chicken is well coated.
Add the finely chopped celery, halved red grapes, roughly chopped walnuts, and freshly chopped dill into the bowl with the chicken.
Drizzle the fresh lemon juice over the mixture and gently stir everything together until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Season the salad mixture generously with salt and black pepper, tasting and adjusting to your preference.
Take a lettuce leaf and place a generous spoonful of the chicken salad mixture into the center.
Fold the sides of the lettuce leaf over the filling and then roll it up tightly to create a wrap. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
