1/2cupunsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1/2cuppacked brown sugar
1/4cupgranulated sugar
2tablespoonspure vanilla extract
1/4teaspoonfine salt
1/2cupmini chocolate chips
1cupcream cheese, softened
1/2cuppowdered sugar
1/4cupmilk (or more, as needed for desired consistency)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, combine the softened cream cheese and butter until the mixture is creamy and well-blended. Gradually add the packed brown sugar and granulated sugar, mixing until fully incorporated and smooth.
Pour in the vanilla extract and sprinkle the fine salt into the mixture, then mix on medium speed until evenly combined.
Once your mixture is smooth, gradually sift in the heat-treated flour while mixing on low speed. Stop mixing as soon as the flour is just incorporated to ensure a soft texture.
Carefully fold in the mini chocolate chips using a spatula, ensuring even distribution throughout the dip.
If your dip appears too thick, add the milk a tablespoon at a time, stirring gently until you achieve your desired creamy consistency.
Spoon the cookie dough dip into a charming serving bowl and top with a sprinkle of extra mini chocolate chips for a delightful garnish.

Serve with a variety of dippers for an inviting display.
