Start by pouring the semi-sweet, milk chocolate, and white chocolate chips into your crockpot. Set the temperature to low to gently melt the chocolates.
Allow the mixture to heat for approximately 30 minutes. Stir the chocolate every 10 minutes to promote even melting and prevent scorching.
Once the chocolate has melted mostly and has a smooth, creamy consistency, add in the roasted peanuts, chopped pecans, mini marshmallows, dried cranberries, and the vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated with the melted chocolate.
Cover the crockpot and let it cook on low for an additional 1 to 1.5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. This will ensure all components are wonderfully blended together.
After the cooking time has elapsed, prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, form and drop the chocolate mixture into clusters onto the prepared baking sheet. Aim for a variety of sizes for an appealing look!
Allow the candy clusters to cool and set at room temperature for at least 1 hour, or until they are completely hardened and firm to the touch.
Once the clusters have set, enjoy this delightful treat or store them in an airtight container for up to two weeks to maintain freshness.
Notes
Arrange the cooled clusters in decorative cupcake liners for an elegant presentation, perfect for gifting or parties!
